All surfboards—including both stock and custom boards—are considered Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Can I return or exchange a surfboard?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges on surfboards, but feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

How to initiate a return

Email info@xococosurf.com with your order number and return reason.

Once approved, ship the item to:

1709 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente, CA 92672, at your expense.

Accidentally placed an order

If you ordered in error, you'll be refunded for eligible product(s) once returned in resalable condition. If shipped, shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable.

Missing Items

Noticed something missing? Let us know within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll send the missing item—on us.

For international shipping outside the US, a better rate may be available than the one shown at checkout. Feel free to contact us directly for a quote.
