Responsive Design
We’ve reconfigured the shape and dimensions of the Tryst to respond to your proportions, giving you dynamic control. The board’s width maintains sufficient planing area, generating lots of manageable speed — and breaking all the negative connotations surrounding flat, wide shortboards.
Fish
If you’ve ever ridden a fish that’s so wide you can’t control it, then chances are it wasn’t designed with your anatomy in mind. The Tryst features a wide outline with a flat rocker profile, translating to easy paddling and down-the-line speed. The hip leading into the swallow tail allows for easier control than most wide swallowtails offer, breaking the water and freeing up the tail for maneuverability.
Sizing

Approach
A quiver mainstay for both small and good days, surf it any way you like. We recommend pairing the Tryst with a Keel-style fin — a wider-base twin fin that gives the board a skatey, drivey feel.
